Cauliflower is the perfect substitute for fish in this cauliflower ceviche. Ceviche differs from country to country. In Mexico you can find ceviche in a hot sauce/ketchup base or with tomato, chile, and onion.

The Ingredients need to make Cauliflower Ceviche:
  1. You need 1 head of Cauliflower
  2. You need 1 bunch of Cilantro
  3. You need 2 of Tomatoes
  4. It’s 1/2 of Red onion
  5. It’s 2 of Radishes
  6. It’s 1 of Cucumber
  7. You need 3 of Avocados
  8. It’s 3 of Lemons
  9. You need 2 of Serranos

Cauliflower, with its distinctive flavor, is one of those vegetables that not everyone like One of my favorite recipes is Ceviche de Coliflor (cauliflower ceviche). It is a refreshing salad made with coliflor. Spoon the cauliflower out of the food processor into a large bowl.

Step to make Cauliflower Ceviche:
  1. Chop the cauliflower into very small pieces by either shaving it off (with knife) or just plain chopping it into tiny floret pieces,
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the cauliflower to blanch for 4-5 minutes
  3. Once it is slightly tender, strain the water out and immediately place in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
  4. Drain all water from cauliflower and add all other ingredients (tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, serrano, cucumber…)
  5. Add lemon juice to mixture and mix well.
  6. Add salt to taste and serve.
