The Ingredients needed to make Prawn Cauliflower cutlet:

  20. It’s 5 of medium sized prawns
  21. It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste

Step to make Prawn Cauliflower cutlet:
  1. Roughly grind the cauliflower and boil it for approx 8-10 min

  8. Now marinate the prawns with the mentioned ingredients for 30 min
  9. Now for the turn of making the cutlet Take two eggs and add cornflour (1tbsp), salt (tastewise) and beat thoroughly. Take breadcrumbs in a flattened and big place. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator.

  11. If the prawn is slippery and hard to keep in place then you can cover the prawns in a small amount of cornflour and carry on.
  12. Take each of the cutlets and dip it in the already made egg batter and cover evenly with bread crumb Then fry the made cutlets in white oil in low to medium heat for 7-8 mins as the prawns need to be cooked.
  13. Recommended to be served hot with salad and tomato ketchup
