The Ingredients needed to make Ceviche Shrimp:

  5. It’s 3 tbsp of mayo
  6. You need 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of ketchup
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of finely minced onion
  9. You need to taste of Hot sauce
  10. You need 1 tbsp of minced parsley (cilantro)
  11. It’s of Fresh ground black pepper
  12. Prepare of Crackers (saltine)
Step to make Ceviche Shrimp:
  1. Toss shrimp, 1 tsp kosher salt, and baking soda to coat. Refrigerate for 15
  2. In medium bowl, mix 1 tbsp lime juice, mayo, oil, ketchup, and onion. Add hot sauce, parsley / cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.
