The Ingredients need to make Japanese Hamburg:
- It’s of Vegetable oil
- You need of batch Meat
- Prepare 1 of onion
- You need 500 g of Minced meat
- You need 2 of eggs
- It’s 80 ml of milk
- It’s of Sauce
- Prepare 3 tbsp of ketchup
- Prepare 2 tbsp of red wine
Step to make Japanese Hamburg:
- Dice the onion in small pieces and pan fry it with vegetable oil
- (You can boil some vegetables to go along with the hamburg)
- Put the minced meat and eggs in a bowl
- Add 80ml of milk
- Add the onion that you cooked and mix it with your hand
- Roll the batch into small balls
- Cook them with vegetable oil
- Gently flip them over to the other side. If you poke a stick through it and the juice is clear, then it’s cooked!
- With the leftover meat juice, add in ketchup and red wine to make the sauce
