The Ingredients need to make Smoked Kabab and Rice Platter Recipe:
  1. It’s of Prepare Smoked Kabab
  2. You need 1 of medium Pyaz (Onion)
  3. It’s 1 inch of piece Adrak (Ginger)
  4. You need 8-10 cloves of Lehsan (Garlic)
  5. You need 2-3 of Green chilli (Green chillies)
  6. It’s 2 tbs of Podina (Mint leaves)
  7. Prepare 2-3 tbs of Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
  8. You need 1/2 kg of Mutton mince (Qeema)
  9. You need 1 tbs of Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted crushed
  10. Prepare 1/2 tbs of Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted crushed
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of or to taste Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Haldee powder (Turmeric powder)
  13. It’s 1 tsp of Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

  26. You need 1/2 tsp of Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)

  28. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala powder
  29. It’s 1 tsp of or to taste Namak (Salt)

  31. It’s 1/2 Cup of Dahi (Yoghurt ) whisked

  33. Prepare 1-2 tbs of Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  34. It’s of Prepare Plain Pulao
  35. It’s 1/4 Cup of Cooking oil
  36. You need of Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

  42. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala powder
  43. It’s of Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
  44. It’s 1/2 tsp of Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
  45. You need 1/2 Cup of Dahi (Yoghurt ) whisked
  46. Prepare of Water 3 Cups or as required
  47. It’s 2-3 tbs of Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  48. It’s of Chawal (Rice) ½ kg (soaked for 30 minutes)
  49. You need of Assembling
  50. It’s of Dahi (Yoghurt ) whisked as required
  51. Prepare of Green chilli (Green chilli)
  52. It’s of Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  53. Prepare of Pyaz (Onion) rings
  54. It’s of Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Step to make Smoked Kabab and Rice Platter Recipe:
  1. Prepare Smoked Kabab In chopper,add onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander and chop well.
  2. Add mutton mince,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed, salt,garam masala powder and chop until well combined.
  3. Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 18-20).
  4. In wok,add cooking oil and place kabab
  5. Add water and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 15-18 minutes (at this point, can be store in freezer for up to 1 month) then cook on high flame until golden brown set aside.
  6. For Smoked Kabab Gravy In a Pan,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste,mix well cook for 1 minute.Then Add green chilli mix well.Then Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,salt,mix well cook for a minute.
  8. Add water,mix well cook for 2-3 minutes or until oil separate
  9. Add yoghurt,mix well cook for 1-2 minuteThen Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
  10. Now add prepared kababs,fresh coriander,mix well and cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates set aside.
  11. Prepare Plain Pulao In a pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden.
  12. Add green chilli,ginger garlic paste,mix well cook for 2 minute
  13. Add cumin seeds mix well.Then Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt,black pepper powder mix well.
  14. Add yoghurt mix well.
  15. Add water,fresh coriander,mix well bring it to boil.
  16. Add rice,mix well,bring to boil and cook on medium high flame until water is reduced,cover and steam cook on low flame for 12-15 minute
  17. Assembling On serving dish,add prepared pulao,kabab with gravy and yoghurt. Garnish with green chilli,fresh coriander and onion ring Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes serve!
