  1. place a saucepan on the stove and add corn syrup,ketchup,vinegar,mustard paste and worcestershire sauce and mix well
  2. add chopped onions,garlic and red chilli powder
  3. bring to boil then reduce the heat to medium low
  4. simmer low for 15minutes
  5. meanwhile cut the wings into three sections discard wing tips
  6. grease baking pan with cooking spray or oil
  7. preheat oven to 375 degreesF
  8. place chicken wings in the greased baking pan
  9. bake for 30minutes turning once
  10. brush with prepared sauce bake for 20minutes longer turning and baking untill chicken is tender and all juices run clear
  11. serve with remaining sauce
