The Ingredients needed to make Chinese Cabbage Roll:
  1. Prepare 2 of egg
  2. You need 1 of carrot
  3. Prepare 2 stick of celery
  4. It’s 8 slice of Chinese cabbage
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of chicken stock powder
  6. It’s 1 tsp of oyster sauce
Step to make Chinese Cabbage Roll:
  1. pan fried beaten egg, sliced into thin stripes
  2. pealed carrot, cut into fine stripes
  3. cut celery into thin/fine stripes
  4. mixed all above together add in chicken stock powder for seasoning
  5. soften Chinese cabbage by boiling in hot water
  6. wrap filling with Chinese cabbages and set in metal plate
  7. stream for 15 minutes, added oyster sauce to taste
