- Brown sausage in pan until cooked.
- In another pan heat olive oil over medium heat and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, soy and teriyaki sauce.
- Sautee for 15 minute
- Drain and pat dry sausage.
- Add sausage to mushroom
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minute
