- Prepare 1 of large yellow bell pepper, chopped
- It’s 4 cloves of minced garlic
- Prepare 28 oz of diced tomatoes (no salt)
- Prepare 8 oz of can tomato paste
- It’s 1 cup of coffee (or beef broth)
- It’s 3 T of chili powder
- It’s 2 T of cumin
- Prepare 1 T of oregano
- It’s 1 tsp of garlic powder
- It’s 1 tsp of onion powder
- It’s 1 T of cinnamon
- Prepare 1 T of nutmeg
- It’s of Cayenne
- It’s of Sea salt
- Prepare of Pepper
- Prepare 1 T of coconut oil
Step to make Thanksgiving Style Paleo Chili:
- Set stove to medium temp
- Chop everything down
- Sweat vegetables
- Add bacon.
- Allow bacon to cook until 3/4 done
- Add all other ingredients including spices
- Let simmer covered on medium low temp for 2 hours
