- Prepare 16 of wonton wrappers, shredded
- It’s of romaine lettuce, chopped or torn
- Prepare 2 cups of shredded carrots
- You need 1 bunch of green onions
- Prepare 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Step to make Chinese Style Salad:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray
- Cut wonton wrappers into strips, spread out on prepared pan, coat with non-stick spray and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Dressing whisk hoisin sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, chili paste, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mix with cooled wontons and toss with dressing.
