The Ingredients need to make Comfort Chinese Udon Noodles with Chicken and Bok Choy:
  1. Prepare 2 of servings Cooked udon noodles
  2. It’s 2 head of Bok choy
  3. It’s 1/2 of Chicken thigh or breast
  4. Prepare 1/4 of Onion
  5. You need 1/4 of Carrot
  6. You need 2 of Shiitake mushrooms
  7. It’s 700 ml of Water
  8. It’s 1 of heaped tablespoon Chicken stock granules
  9. You need 1/2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Sugar
Step to make Comfort Chinese Udon Noodles with Chicken and Bok Choy:
  1. Thinly slice the chicken and cut the vegetables into bite-size piece
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the seasonings and vegetables except the green parts of bok choy. Lower the heat and cook until vegetables are softened, about 10 minute
  3. Skim off the scum if necessary.
  4. Add the green parts of bok choy and noodles and cook another 5 minutes and its done.
  5. With cabbage, carrots, onion, shimeji mushrooms, pork ham.
