The Ingredients needed to make My Egg Curry Lunch. 😘:
  1. Prepare 4 of Hardboiled Eggs shelled
  2. Prepare 1 tbls of chilli oil
  3. You need 1 tbls of diced onions
  4. You need 1 of Garlic clove minced
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala
  6. You need 1/4 Tsp of Cumin powder
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Tumeric powder
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of corriander powder
  9. You need A few of corriander leaves
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Curry powder mild
  11. You need 1 of curry leaf
  12. You need 4 tbls of boiling water
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of Mango chutney
  14. It’s 4 tbls of Pasatta
  15. It’s 2 tbls of boiling water
  16. It’s 4 of more tbls boiling water
  17. You need 1/4 tsp of thick plain yogurt
Step to make My Egg Curry Lunch. 😘:
  1. Have all the ingredients ready as its quick at the start. Add the oil to a pan frying pan or saucepan heat up. Add the onions stir around then add the garlic.
  2. Next turn the heat down to medium and let onions cook for 2 minute Add all the dry spices one after the other then add the 4 tbls water and the pasatta also the curry leaf. Stir.
  3. Keep stirring around for 2 minutes as it starts getting thick add the extra water boiling.
  4. Next add the yogurt stir in then more boiling water if too thick. Add the corriander leaves and stir in simmer for 5 minute
  5. Slice you boiled eggs in half and add them on a small bed spinach. Then pour the sauce over them and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Warm up in the microwave when ready to serve.
