The Ingredients need to make Ks Egg Rolls:

1. It’s of of egg roll wrapper (25ct) pk
2. Prepare of finely shredded carrot
3. You need of fresh bean sprouts chopped into small peices
4. You need of fresh mushroom chopped finely
5. It’s of low sodium soy sauce
6. You need of fish sauce
7. You need of finely chopped green onions
8. Prepare of ground pork or chicken

Step to make Ks Egg Rolls:

1. use a cast iron skillet
2. preheat oil ( peanut is best ) but u can use vegetable still keep a good taste
3. 1 roll of paper towels for draining oil
4. mix all ingredients together add to egg roll sheets
5. once all filled cut egg rolls into 3rds fry. golden brown on each side drain on paper towel
