  4. It’s 1 T of reduced-sodium soy sauce
  5. It’s 6 of baby bok choy, halved
  6. You need 1 c of matchstick-cut carrots
  7. It’s 2 c of cooked whole wheat capellini
  8. You need 6 oz of lean cooked pork, cut into matchsticks
  9. You need 1 c of lightly packed baby spinach
Step to make Chinese Noodle Soup:
  1. Combine broth, scallions, ginger and soy sauce in large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until scallions are tender.
  2. Add bok choy and carrots and simmer until barely tender.
  3. Stir in pasta, pork and spinach. Simmer until spinach is just wilted.
