The Ingredients need to make Kashmir pulao:
  1. It’s 1 tbsp of ghee / clarified butter
  2. You need 10 of cashews / kaju halved

  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of pepper / kali mirch
  10. It’s 5 of cloves/ lavang
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds / saunf
  12. It’s 1 of medium sized onions thinly sliced
  13. It’s 1 of green chilli slit lengthwise
  14. You need to taste of salt
  15. You need 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste / adrak-lasun paste
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder
  17. You need 1 cup of basmati rice soaked for 30 minutes
  18. It’s 1 1/2 cups of water
  19. You need 2 tbsp of saffron milk
  20. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves, chopped
