The Ingredients needed to make Korean-style Negitoro:
  1. You need 200 grams of Sashimi quality tuna (tuna offcuts) or toro for negitoro
  2. Prepare 2 of pieces worth A… Grated ginger
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Mirin
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochujang
  6. It’s 1 stalk of Green onions (sliced very thinly)
  7. Prepare 4 of leaves worth Shredded shiso leaves
  8. It’s 1 tsp of Ground sesame seeds
Step to make Korean-style Negitoro:
  1. Mix the A ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mince the tuna (use the offcuts near the spine, or fatty tuna offcuts for negitoro).
  3. Combine the seasoning ingredients from Step 1 and the chopped Top with shiso leaves and sesame seed
