The Ingredients need to make Korean-style Negitoro:
- It’s 200 grams of Sashimi quality tuna (tuna offcuts) or toro for negitoro
- You need 2 of pieces worth A… Grated ginger
- It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
- You need 1 tbsp of Mirin
- You need 1 tsp of Sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochujang
- You need 1 stalk of Green onions (sliced very thinly)
- You need 4 of leaves worth Shredded shiso leaves
- It’s 1 tsp of Ground sesame seeds
Step to make Korean-style Negitoro:
- Mix the A ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mince the tuna (use the offcuts near the spine, or fatty tuna offcuts for negitoro).
- Combine the seasoning ingredients from Step 1 and the chopped Top with shiso leaves and sesame seed
