The Ingredients needed to make Pan Fried Panko Tofu:
  1. It’s of Extra Firm Tofu
  2. It’s of Panko Breadcrumbs
  3. You need of Eggs
  4. It’s of Flour
  5. It’s of Turmeric
  6. Prepare of Ground Ginger
  7. You need of Cayenne Pepper
  8. Prepare of Coconut Oil for frying
Step to make Pan Fried Panko Tofu:
  1. Drain tofu and cut into squares at 1/2 thick.
  2. Beat eggs in one bowl. Pour panko into another bowl. Pour flour, Turmeric, Ginger and Cayenne into a third bowl.
  3. Heat coconut oil over medium high heat until suitable for frying.
  4. Cover each tofu square first in flour mixture, then beaten eggs, then Panko.
  5. Pan fry each side until browned golden.
  6. Lay tofu on metal rack over sheet pan and bake at 350 for 10-5 minute
