The Ingredients need to make Nans Beef Noodles:
- You need 3 T. of Olive oil
- Prepare 1 of lg. Onion, diced
- It’s 1 lb. of Stew beef (see Note above)
- It’s 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- You need 1/2 tsp. of Thyme
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. of Rosemary
- It’s 1/2 tsp. of Pepper
- You need 1/3 c. of Red wine vinegar
- You need 32 oz. of box Beef broth
- It’s 32 oz. of box Chicken broth
- It’s 1 c. of hot water
- It’s 1 tsp. of Better Than Bouillon base, beef
- It’s 1 tsp. of Better Than Bouillon base, chicken
- You need 2 of pkg Reames frozen noodles
Step to make Nans Beef Noodles:
- In large soup pot, heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add the onions and beef and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in minced garlic and continue cooking 5 more minute
- Stir in the seasonings and red wine vinegar. Cook 1 minute more.
- Stir the Better Than Bouillon bases into the hot Add to the pot, along with the 2 boxes of broth. Increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- When boiling, reduce heat to lowest temperature and cover the pot. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 20 minute
- Add Reames frozen noodles, stir, cover the pot and continue cooking on low another 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minute
- Serve. This goes well with buttered crusty bread!
