The Ingredients needed to make Kerala Beef Curry:
- You need 2 Kg of Beef ( Indian )
- You need of Oil
- It’s of mustard seeds Few
- You need 6 of Onions
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes
- It’s 2 tablespoons of garam masala
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of red chilli of powder
- You need 1 tablespoon of curry powder of
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of corriander of powder
- You need 1 tsp of of yellow powder
- It’s to taste of Salt
- It’s 1 cup of water of
- You need of Grinding
- Prepare 8 of onions small
- You need 4 of green chillies
- It’s 4 cloves of garlic
- You need 1 inch of ginger
- It’s 8 - 10 of curry leaves
- Prepare of Seasoning
- You need of Coconut oil
- Prepare of mustard leaves
- You need of red chilli
- You need of curry leaves
- You need 2 of onions small
Step to make Kerala Beef Curry:
- Firstly grind small onions, chillies, garlic, ginger, curry leaves to a fine paste. Set aside
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed.
- After it splutters add onions
- Cook until it gets brown. Add tomatoes and saute it till it gets smashed.
- Add the grinded paste and mix well.
- Add spices garam masala, chili powder, curry powder, corriander powder and yellow powder and salt and heat it. Make sure it does not get burnt.
- Add beef and mix it well with the rest of the ingredient
- Add water and put it for 2 steams on high flame followed by 6 steams on low flame.
- For seasoning, heat the oil and add mustard seed till it splutter
- Add small onions, red chilli and curry leaves till it get brown.
- Switch off the flame and add this to the beef curry.
- Serve with rice. Enjoy!!
