The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Beef Curry:
  1. You need 500 g of beef cube
  2. Prepare 1 of potato (dice)
  3. Prepare 1 of carrot (dice)
  4. Prepare 1 of yellow onion (thin stripes)
  5. It’s 1 of apple (grated)
  6. Prepare 1 of Japanese Curry Sauce mix (92 g)
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of Tomato ketchup
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  9. Prepare of Salt
  10. You need of Sugar
  11. You need of Cooking oil
  12. Prepare of Water
Step to make Japanese Beef Curry:
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add beef and cook until it turn brown.
  4. Add all the vegetable
  5. Add water until it covers all the ingredient
  6. Close the lid and cook with pressure cooker for 20 minutes (depend on your pressure cooker)
  7. Open the pressure cooker lid and set to the low heat.
  8. Break the curry mix into chunks and add in. Stir well.
  9. Add tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar and grated apple. Mix well.
  10. Simmer until the sauce thicken Ready to serve with rice or noodle.
