The Ingredients need to make Black Tea Marinated Eggs Tofu:
- It’s of eggs
- It’s of hard tofu
- You need of peppercorn
- You need of sichuan peppers
- It’s of cubed rock sugar
- It’s of crushed ginger
- You need of cinnamon
- It’s of star anise
- You need of bay leaves
- You need of black tea bags
- You need of dark soy sauce
- Prepare of soy sauce
- It’s of salt
- Prepare of rice wine/cooking wine
- It’s of water
Step to make Black Tea Marinated Eggs Tofu:
- Boil the eggs (medium heat) for about 5 minute Cool it down with cold water, let it sit while preparing the pot of marinade
- Put everything into the 1 litre of water aside from the cooking wine, eggs, tofu. If you have a bag to put everything to cook, it will be easier to remove all the spice Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat
