The Ingredients needed to make Large Savory Egg Custard with Tofu:
- You need of blocks Tofu (350-400 g)
- It’s of Imitation crab sticks
- Prepare of Eggs
- It’s of ◎Katakuriko
- It’s of ◎Grated ginger
- It’s of ◎Mentsuyu (diluted)
- You need of ★Soy sauce
- Prepare of ★Vinegar
- You need of ★Sesame oil
- It’s of Green onion/scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
Step to make Large Savory Egg Custard with Tofu:
- Break apart the tofu in a bowl (dont worry about draining the moisture). Slice the imitation crab sticks into 1 cm round
- Use a whisk to stir the tofu until smooth.
- Add the ◎ ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Add the imitation crab.
- After mixing it together completely, pour it into a large heat-resistant bowl and use a spoon to level the surface.
