  4. It’s 2 inches of ginger (grated)
  5. It’s 2 oz of coconut cream
  6. It’s 1 oz of sour cream
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin
  8. It’s 2 tsp of turmeric
  9. It’s 2 tsp of curry powder
  10. You need 8 of grains of allspice/pimiento (cracked)
  11. Prepare 2 sprigs of fresh mint, torn and bruised
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of salt
  14. It’s 3 tbsp of cooking oil
Step to make Curry Satay Chicken Skewer:
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, and skewer them. There should be about 3 full 6 skewers per brea
