The Ingredients needed to make Rice Kheer / Indian Rice Pudding:
  1. Prepare 1 litre of Full cream milk
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of Full Mogra Rice
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sugar
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Elaichi Powder
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Kesar Milk Flower
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Raisins
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of Charoli
  8. Prepare 6-8 of each Kaju Badam and Pista (finely chopped)
Step to make Rice Kheer / Indian Rice Pudding:
  1. Boil one-litre milk in a vessel. Add rice when milk comes to a boil.
  2. Continuously stir the milk till the rice is cooked about 80%.
  3. Now add sugar and Kesar milk powder and stir till the sugar dissolve
  4. Now add dry fruits to kheer.
  5. Enjoy it as a dessert.
