The Ingredients need to make Low-Carb Mac and Cheese:
  1. Prepare 1 package of Carba-nada low-carb noodles
  2. Prepare 1 cup of heavy cream
  3. Prepare 2 oz. of cream cheese
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 of tsp of dry mustard
  5. It’s 2 1/4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Prepare 1 clove of garlic
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of white pepper
Step to make Low-Carb Mac and Cheese:
  1. Heat a large pot of boiling water and cook entire bag if noodles, then drain.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, bring the cream to a simmer, whisk in the cream cheese and powdered mustard until smooth.
  3. Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, whisking until the cheese melt
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in low-carb noodle
  5. Top with remainder of cheese.
  6. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes until brown and bubbly.
