Pour over the pasta and cauliflower florets then, if you need to loosen it, add a little reserved pasta water - the sauce will.   1. Prepare 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  10. You need 1 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
  11. You need 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

  4. Add the sauce to pasta and toss to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Toss together panko, parsley, and remaining tablespoon oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over pasta. Bake until golden brown, 14 to 16 minute

Drain well and pat between several layers of paper towels to dry. Remove from heat, pour over the cauliflower. We turn to cauliflower for all of our low-carb needs—including mac n cheese !
