The Ingredients need to make Baked Mac and Cheese:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of macaroni (elbow pasta)
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of butter
  3. You need 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour

  6. You need 1/8 tsp of nutmeg powder
  7. You need 1 tbsp of oregano
  8. It’s 1 cup of shredded cheese (mix)

  12. Prepare 4-5 tbsp of shredded cheese (mix)

  6. Stir continuously till the sauce thickens enough so that it coats the back of the spoon well. Turn off the heat. Our Bechamel/ white sauce is ready.
  7. Now place the pan on the work place and add cheese, mix and stir until cheese melt and Incorporated well with hot white sauce.
  8. Further add black pepper powder, nutmeg powder and oregano and mix well. Add salt too.
  9. Now its time to add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce. Stir and mix well. If you dont want to bake, its ready to serve.
  10. Now grease the baking tray and transfer this to it and spread evenly.
  11. Top it with prepared breadcrumbs mixture evenly.
  12. Spread the cheese over it.
  13. Bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 200℃.
  14. Serve hot. You can use any cheese of your like
