The Ingredients needed to make Spicy Grilled Chicken Tikka:
  1. You need 1 kg of Tikka leg piece (4 pieces in a kg)
  2. You need 1 packages of Shan Tandoori Masala 45g (Available at Indian and Pakistani stores easily )
  3. It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Powder or Paste
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of Oil
  5. Prepare 1/2 kg of Yogurt
  6. Prepare 1 of Oil (For brushing)
Step to make Spicy Grilled Chicken Tikka:
  1. Take yogurt in a bowl and mix tandoori Masala, ginger Garlic paste and oil. Mix it Well.
  2. Dip each Tikka in the bowl and coat it well with the mixture.
  3. Spread the remaining mixture on the Tikkazz after coating them well.
  4. Leave in the fridge for a day to absorb flavor.
  5. Grill it and Enjoy With Boiled Rice.
