The Ingredients needed to make Thai Red Curry Noodle Soup:
  1. Prepare of olive oil
  2. You need of boneless, skinless chicken, cut to bite-sized pieces
  3. Prepare of Salt and pepper,
  4. You need of garlic cloves, minced
  5. It’s of red bell pepper, diced
  6. It’s of onion diced
  7. Prepare of red curry paste
  8. Prepare of chicken broth
  9. Prepare of lite coconut milk
  10. It’s of package of rice noodles
  11. It’s of fish sauce
  12. Prepare of brown sugar
  13. You need of green onions
  14. Prepare of cilantro
  15. It’s of lime squeezed juice
Step to make Thai Red Curry Noodle Soup:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken to stock pot and cook until golden brown then set aside.
  2. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 2-3 minute
  3. Stir in curry paste, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and coconut milk, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the pot.
  5. Stir in chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minute
  6. Stir in rice noodles, fish sauce, and brown sugar until noodles are tender, about 5 minute
  7. Remove from heat; stir in green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
  8. Walla!!! Its ready to be served!!!
