The Ingredients need to make Snapper Roe in Slow Cooker:
  1. You need 300 gr of snapper roe, washed and patted dry
  2. It’s 1/2 of onion, sliced thinly
  3. It’s 1 of tomato, cut into 8 pieces
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  5. You need 1 tsp of ginger paste
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of salt
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar
  8. Prepare 50 ml of water or broth
  9. You need 1 tbsp of oil
Step to make Snapper Roe in Slow Cooker:
  1. Pour the oil into the slow cooker. (I used a small one, about 1.5 liter in size)
  2. Arrange the onion and then tomato in the slow cooker.
  3. Make a few slices on the roe. Mix garlic, ginger, salt, lemon juice well. Coat the roe with the mixture.
