The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Egg Tofu:
  1. You need of soy milk
  2. You need of eggs
  3. It’s of Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
Step to make Japanese Egg Tofu:
  1. Soy milk, I bought at Tofu shop.
  2. Stir eggs
  3. Combine soy milk and Dashi powder
  4. Drain from colander
  5. Steam with medium-low heat for 13 minuets
  6. Sprinkle sesame oil and garnish with green onion. Soy sauce to taste.
  7. Instant Japanese soup, fried eggplant and tomato soup (Japanese Sumashi jiru)
  8. I put diced egg tofu in
