1. It’s of White American cheese (I use Velveeta)
2. It’s of Each, water and milk
3. Prepare of Finely diced PICKLED jalapeños (I use mild)
4. Prepare of Pickled jalapeño juice, depends on preference
5. Prepare of Squirt siracha sauce, optional
6. It’s of Sweet chili sauce, optional
7. It’s of Tortilla chips

Step to make Mexican White Cheese Dip - Irvixen Style:

1. Cube cheese and mix with milk and water in large, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high until completely melted, stirring every 2 minutes (mine took 8 minutes).
2. Stir pickled jalapeño, jalapeño juice and siracha if using, into the cheese. Serve up an individual portion, drizzle with sweet chili sauce if using and serve with tortilla chips of choice!
