The Ingredients needed to make Italian Sausage Bread:

1. Prepare 1 lb. of Sweet Italian Sausage meat
2. It’s 1/2 stick of pepperoni
3. Prepare 1 lb. of pizza dough
4. Prepare 1 bag (8 oz.) of shredded mozzarella cheese

Step to make Italian Sausage Bread:

1. Cook sausage meat until done. Set aside to cool.
2. When meat is cool, in a food processor, chop sausage meat and pepperoni into tiny piece
3. Pre heat oven to 350.
4. Place meat mixture into a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well.
5. Flour dough and stretch or roll into a large rectangle.
6. Place mixture onto dough leaving 1/2 inch all around. Roll like a jelly roll, tucking in sides as you go.
7. Place on a cookie sheet, seam down. Baste with egg wash.
8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Let sit for 5 minute Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
