The Ingredients needed to make 5 Minutes Healthy Breakfast:
  1. It’s 1 Cup of Milk
  2. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Oats
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sugar/ Honey (i have not used)
  4. Prepare as required of Almond Flakes
  5. You need 2-3 chopped of Pitted Dates
Step to make 5 Minutes Healthy Breakfast:
  1. In a Pan take milk and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add oats to it and mix well.
  3. Add chopped dates to milk. Cover it and cook for about 3-4 minute
  4. And its Done. Switch Off the flame and pour it in a bowl.Garnish with Almond flakes and serve.
