Step to make 5 Minutes Egg with Garlic Chives Tofu in Oyster Sauce:
- Cut the tofu into 1 cm cube Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500 W. Once done, get rid of the excess moisture.
