The Ingredients need to make Breakfast Smoothie:
  1. You need 1 of small apple
  2. Prepare 1 glass of chilled milk
  3. It’s 4-6 of dates soaked in water for 30 mnts
  4. You need 2 tbsp of roasted oats
  5. You need 1 tbsp of roasted flaxseeds
  6. It’s 7-9 of soaked and peeled almonds
  7. You need 2 tbsp of yogurt (optional)
  8. You need 2 tbs of honey
  9. You need 1 tsp of vanila essence (optional)
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp of chocolate syrup
  11. Prepare As required of Melon seeds and apple wedges for garnishing
Step to make Breakfast Smoothie:
  1. Peel and chop apple.
  2. Grind turn by turn all the ingredient First grind oats and flax seeds,then almonds,then dates and finally add milk,chocolate syrup,vanila essence and grind well.
  3. Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes,Garnish it with some melon seeds and apple wedges and then serve.
