The Ingredients needed to make Cheesesteak Egg Rolls:
  1. You need 2 lbs of Shaved sirloin steak - cut into small pieces
  2. It’s 1 bag of coleslaw cabbage mix
  3. Prepare of I bag of Sargentos cheddar cheese stick snacks - cut in half
  4. You need 4 Tbs of soy sauce
  5. You need 2 Tbs of sugar
  6. You need 1 tbs of sesame oil
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic powder
  8. You need 1 tsp of onion powder
  9. You need 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  10. Prepare 2 stalk of green onions, chopped small pieces (optional)
  11. Prepare 1 Tbs of olive oil
  12. It’s of I egg, beaten
  13. You need 1 pkg of egg roll wraps
  14. You need of Replacement
  15. Prepare of Very very teriyaki sauce for the Soy sauce mixture
Step to make Cheesesteak Egg Rolls:
  1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesames oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds together
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add steak and the soy sauce mixture and green onions until cooked through. Let it cool.
  3. Mix the steak mixture with the coleslaw mix. Set aside.
  4. Take egg roll wrap and wash the edges with egg wash all 4 sides
  5. Add steak mixture to a corner of a wrap with a 1/2 cheese stick
  6. Roll the corner, then tuck the 2 side corners and make sure the egg wash seals the wrap.
  7. Continue with the rest of the wrap
  8. Heats shallow amount of olive oil in a frying pan enough pan fry the egg rolls rotate it so all sides are browned.
