  4. It’s 1 tablespoon of sugar for each
  5. Prepare 1 pinch of cinnamon
  6. You need of Flour batter
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sugar
  8. It’s 1 tablespoon of flour
  9. It’s 1 tablespoon of sticky rice powder
  10. It’s 2 tablespoon of water
Step to make Sweet Potato Mochi Square ‘Kintsuba’:
  1. Peel sweet potato skin and cut. Soak in water for 10 minutes (to make the good color). Change the water and boil until softened.
  2. Mix sticky rice powder and sugar, cinnamon and cook a little on flame until it’s sticky.
  3. Make the square shape and wrap with film. And cool in refrigerator.
