The Ingredients need to make Pao De Queijo with Potato Starch:
  1. You need 220 grams of Katakuriko (potato starch flour)
  2. You need 1 tsp of Baking powder
  3. Prepare 1 of Egg
  4. It’s 50 grams of Margarine
  5. Prepare 180 ml of Milk
  6. It’s 1 pinch of Salt
  7. It’s 40 grams of Melting cheese
Step to make Pao De Queijo with Potato Starch:
  1. Place the katakuriko and baking powder in a plastic bag. Tie up the bag and shake well.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the margarine, milk and salt and put in the microwave and bring to a boil.
  3. When the milk mixture starts to boil, take it out from the microwave and add the dry ingredients from Step 1 at once and combine with a wooden spatula.
  4. Add the beaten egg a little by little, then add the cheese (melt the cheese into the dough.)
  5. Make small balls by hand, smoothing out their the surface. Place the dough balls on a tray lined with a baking sheet and bake in a 190℃ (373 Fahrenheit) oven for 15 minute
