- It’s 50 grams of Margarine
- It’s 180 ml of Milk
- It’s 1 pinch of Salt
- You need 40 grams of Melting cheese
Step to make Pao De Queijo with Potato Starch:
- Place the katakuriko and baking powder in a plastic bag. Tie up the bag and shake well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the margarine, milk and salt and put in the microwave and bring to a boil.
- When the milk mixture starts to boil, take it out from the microwave and add the dry ingredients from Step 1 at once and combine with a wooden spatula.
