The Ingredients need to make Slow Cooker Oxtail:
  1. You need 1.5 kg of oxtail
  2. You need 2 of onions roughly chopped

  4. It’s 2 sticks of celery
  5. You need 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger
  7. You need 2 of tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
  8. You need 1 tsp of thyme
  9. It’s 1 tsp of smoke paprika
  10. It’s 1 of tblsp tomato paste
  11. It’s 2 cups of beef stock
  12. Prepare 1/2 of green pepper chopped
  13. It’s 1/2 of red pepper chopped
  14. You need 1/2 of yellow pepper chopped
Step to make Slow Cooker Oxtail:
  1. Sauté oxtail in batches, turning on each side till brown and place in separate bowl. Drain some of the oil if it’s now a lot.
  2. In the same pan fry, onion, garlic, ginger, celery, carrots, tomato paste, thyme,curry and paprika. Fry for a 2 minutes then add mushrooms and continue frying.
