The Ingredients need to make Japanese Wanpaku Sandwich (Wanpaku Sand):
- Prepare 2 slices of bread
- Prepare 1 of egg
- Prepare 100 g of chicken breast
- Prepare 4 leaves of lettuce
- Prepare 2 slices of pumpkin
- It’s 1/4 of carrot
- It’s of Some butter
- It’s 1 sheet of cheese
- It’s of <Seasonings for carrot>
- It’s 2 tea spoon of sesame oil
- You need 1 tea spoon of chicken soup stock
- It’s of <Seasonings for chicken>
- It’s 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- It’s 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of honey
Step to make Japanese Wanpaku Sandwich (Wanpaku Sand):
- Shredded carrots and heat them for 3 minutes in a microwave(600w). Season it with sesame oil and chicken soup stock.
- Wash the lettuce.
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and honey. Wrap it tightly with a cling film and also cover it with aluminum foil. Boil a hot water in a pot, boil the chicken over a low heat for 10 minutes and leave it for 30 min
- Place an egg into a pot and fill in with cold water until the egg is fully covered. Bring to a full boil. Once the water is boiled, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Leave it for 8-10 mins to make a hard-boiled egg.
- Toast 2 slices of bread, spread some butter and place a slice of cheese.
- Place all the ingredients on a bread.
- Cover with the other bread and wrap it tightly with a cling wrap.
- Cut the middle with sharp knife and done!
