The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Omurice:
  1. Prepare 1 of egg
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of flour
  3. Prepare of Water
  4. Prepare 1 of plate cooked rice
  5. It’s 3 of red onion (chopped)
  6. Prepare 1 of Garlic (chopped)
  7. It’s 2 of cayenne pepper (chopped)
  8. It’s 1 of tomato (chopped)
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of salt
  10. Prepare 2 of saussages (optional)
  11. Prepare of Leftover meat (chopped) (optional)
  12. Prepare 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
  13. You need of Vegetable oil
Step to make Japanese Omurice:
  1. Heat pan and add vegtable oil. Then saute garlic until fragrant. Then add onion, cayenne pepper, salt.
  2. Mix step 1 with cooked rice then combine tomato, meat and saussage Then add tomato sauce and saute
  3. Crack the egg then beat it. Add a pinch of salt and flour then beat again. then fry in a pan (make an omelette)
  4. Place the fried rice on the omelette, fold both sides of the omelette to cover the rice, then flip it onto the plate.
  5. Serve it and add tomato sauce as topping
