The Ingredients need to make Stuffed Italian Zuccini:
  1. It’s 2 of Whole Zuccinis
  2. It’s 1 of Whole Tomato
  3. Prepare 1/2 of Red Onion
  4. Prepare 10 Oz. of Mozarella Cheese
  5. Prepare 7 Oz. of Mushrooms
  6. Prepare To Taste of Parsley
  7. It’s To Taste of Salt
  8. You need To Taste of Black Pepper
Step to make Stuffed Italian Zuccini:
  1. Thinly mince the Parsley.
  2. Thinly mince the Onion.
  3. Peel the Tomato and mince.
  4. Chop the Mushrooms in quarter
  5. Mix all the previously prepared ingredient
  6. Wash the Zuccinis with plenty of water and cut them in halve
  7. Remove the insides with a spoon as shown in the picture.
  8. You have to get something similar as the picture.
  9. Stuff the Zuccinis with the mixed veggie
  10. Lay the Zuccinis on a tray and cover with plenty of Mozarella Cheese. Add a bit of extra Parsley, Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  11. Place the tray on the grill and cover with aluminium foil until the chesse completely melt
  12. Serve and enjoy!
