The Ingredients needed to make Traditional Italian carbonara:
  1. It’s of pasta
  2. You need of guanciale or Italian pancetta
  3. Prepare of egg
  4. It’s of Salt and pepper
  5. It’s of Pecorino or parmigiano
Step to make Traditional Italian carbonara:
  1. ▪️brown the guanciale on it’s own
  2. ▪️make in a small bowl a sauce with the egg,a bit of pepper and parmigiano
  3. ▪️cook the pasta al dente(9 minutes not more)
  4. ▪️when is cooked just mix on a high heat with guanciale ▪️move the pan from the heat and add the egg ▪️just mix it very quickly and make sure that the egg is not cooked (it has to be a cream) ▪️serve the pasta with a bit of pepper on top and parmigiano
