The Ingredients needed to make Spicy Fried Ivy Gourd with Air Fryer Without Oil:
  1. You need 250 gms of Ivy gourd
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
  3. You need as per taste of Red chilli powder
  4. You need 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Green chilli, ginger and garlic paste
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Garam masala powder (optional)
  8. You need as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. You need to taste of Salt
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of Oil
Step to make Spicy Fried Ivy Gourd with Air Fryer Without Oil:
  1. Wash and dry ivy gourd. Cut the ivy gourd lengthwise. Transfer to a bowl. Marinate with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Little oil and little Mix well. Keep aside.
