The Ingredients needed to make Palak Cutlets Airfryer Recipe:
- It’s 1 cup of spinach leaves
- It’s 2 of boiled potatoes
- It’s 6 tbsp of semolina/ rava
- Prepare 1/4 cup of grated fresh coconut
- Prepare 1 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste
- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- Prepare to taste of Salt
- It’s 8 of cashew nuts halves
- Prepare As needed of Oil for brushing
- You need 5 tsp of Tomato ketchup to serve with palak cutlets
Step to make Palak Cutlets Airfryer Recipe:
- Wash and blanch spinach leave Cool and grind in mixer jar to make purée. Transfer in mixing bowl. Peel and mash boiled potatoes, transfer in mixing bowl. Add rava,grated coconut, green chillies ginger paste, sugar and garam masala and salt.
- Mix well to prepare cutlets dough. Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes on 180 temperature.
- Make 8 equal size oval shaped cutlet On each press cashewnut piece as shown. Brush with oil.
- Place in Preheated Airfryer mash,baked for 10 minutes on 180 temperature..till crispy golden.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Palak Cutlets with tomato ketchup.
