The Ingredients need to make Mixed Sprout Pakoda (Made in Airfryer):
- You need 2 Bowls of Mix Sprouts (Mung, Mooth, Channa, Choli)
- It’s 4-5 cloves of Garlic
- You need 1 Tbsp of Ginger Paste
- Prepare 3-4 of Green Chillies
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Garam Masala
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- It’s 2 Tbsp of oil
- Prepare 1/4 Tsp of Baking Soda
- You need Pinch of Asafoetida
- It’s 2-3 Tbsp of Water
- Prepare as per taste of Salt
Step to make Mixed Sprout Pakoda (Made in Airfryer):
- Add Sprouts, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies in a blender Jar. Blend it to a coarse batter.
- Add dry masalas to the coarse batter. Heat oil add asafoetida to it. Add it to the batter. Add baking soda and fold the batter. Add water if required. Batter should not be runny as used while frying.
- Preheat your Airfryer at 180° for 2 to 3 minute Put a baking sheet in the Airfryer basket. Place your pakora on the baking sheet. Brush them with oil. Bake them at 180° for 15 to 18 minute
- Let them cool a bit. Remove them from the Airfryer.
- Enjoy your healthy baked sprout pakoda.
