The Ingredients need to make Cooking Mixed Grains:
- Prepare 2 cups of Mixed Grains
- You need 3 cups of Water
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Step to make Cooking Mixed Grains:
- If your rice cooker has ‘Brown Rice’ setting, cook according to your rice cooker instruction. This is how I cook.
- Wash the Grain Mix well and drain Place the Grain Mix, Water, Olive Oil and Salt in a large sauce pan or rice cooker’s inner pot. Note The amount of Water depends on the types of the grain
- Cook over low heat until water is gone, or let the rice cooker to cook. After water is gone, you need to let it steam at least for 10 minute
- I sometimes cook ‘Mixed Grains’ with Azuki Bean
